AVM UI animation
This is an early concept demonstrating how the AVM (automated valuation model) section of the ComeHome app could be animated. We used animation to draw a user's attention to the breakdown section which shows how we came up for the value of a given property.

The idea for this splash screen is to serve as a way to drop users straight into the map/search section of the app so that they can start using it right away. The effect of the green circle scaling down into a location pin is meant to give the feeling of hovering over the map.
